El Diablo
Ingredients
- 2 oz. tequila
- ¾ oz. crème de cassis
- 1 lime wedge
- Dry, pale ginger ale
Preparation
- Add ice to a chilled collins glass. Pour tequila and crème de cassis over the ice and stir. Squeeze in the lime juice and drop in the shell. Fill the glass with dry, pale ginger ale. Serve chilled with no garnish.
Dragonfly
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. gin
- 1 lime wheel
- Dry, pale ginger ale
Preparation
- Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in gin and fill with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Floradora
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. gin
- ½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
- ¾ oz. raspberry liqueur
- 1 lime wedge
- Dry, pale ginger ale
Preparation
- Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in gin, lime juice and raspberry liqueur. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lime wedge and cocktail umbrella.
